To secure your surgery date, surgeon, and pricing, a non-refundable booking fee is required. The booking fee is an integral part of our process and confirms your commitment to moving forward. It is important to note that your surgery date and pricing cannot be guaranteed without this payment.
Once the booking fee is received, a member of our scheduling team will confirm your surgery date and provide you with detailed instructions for the next steps. These include submitting your medical clearance, completing necessary lab work, and meeting payment deadlines. Should you need to reschedule, rescheduling fees may apply depending on the notice provided, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Preparation is essential for a successful procedure. Patients must submit all required medical clearances and lab results at least 45 to 60 days before surgery. For surgeries scheduled with shorter timelines, expedited submissions may be required. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in cancellation or additional fees. Patients are responsible for covering the cost of all tests and clearances.
After receiving your medical documents, our clinical team will review your test results within 3 to 5 business days. Once the review is complete, you will receive confirmation of your surgical status and any further instructions. Late submissions may result in cancellation, added fees, or adjustments to your procedure schedule.
To finalize your procedure, all remaining balances must be paid in full at least 15 days before your scheduled surgery. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation. You can review your payment balance at any time through your secure billing portal.
Three to five days before your surgery, our pre-operative care team will connect with you to review all final details. This consultation is designed to address any last-minute questions and provide you with the information you need to feel fully prepared for the day of your procedure.
Before your surgery, you are required to pick up all prescribed medications from the designated pharmacy. On the day of your procedure, an escort (an adult over the age of 18) must accompany you to and from the surgical facility. Please note that ride-sharing services, such as taxis or app-based options, do not qualify as a substitute for an escort.
On the day of your procedure, you must arrive at the designated surgical center one hour before your scheduled time. Be sure to bring your medications and ensure your escort is available to pick you up after the surgery. Adhering to these guidelines ensures a smooth and safe experience.
Following your surgery, most patients are required to attend a mandatory post-operative visit within 1 to 2 days. During this appointment, our team will assess your recovery progress, address any immediate concerns, and provide further care instructions. If you have purchased post-operative supplies, they will be distributed at this visit.
Approximately 30 days after your surgery, our team will arrange a follow-up appointment to evaluate your recovery and results. This follow-up is an important step in ensuring that you are healing properly and achieving the desired outcomes from your procedure.
